Új-Delhi kormányzatának kötelező térinformatikát használni

Dr. Kate Lance (Yale Egyetem) írja a GSDI L&SE levelező fórumon:

Mandatory use of geo-spatial data for Delhi govt depts
Delhi government's 30 departments and agencies will have to mandatorily use geo-spatial data of overground and underground assets before planning any infrastructure projects, when an ambitious legislation comes into force in the city in May.
The IT Department has already completed a three-year project under which images of all overground and underground utilities like telephone lines, power cables, water and sewer lines and roads have been made available on a single portal to facilitate better urban planning and governance.
The Delhi Assembly in March passed the Geo-spatial Data Infrastructure (Manage-ment, Control, Administration, Securi-ty and Safety) Bill which was brought to make sure that each of the 30 selected agencies like the PWD, DDA and MCD use the portal to ensure better planning for projects and proper co-ordination among the agencies for their implementation.

Olaszország digitális menetrendje

Mai postánkból. Cristiana Sappa LAPSI menedzsere küldte az alábbi tájékozatást, amely a hasonló hazai program fejlesztésében és megvalósításában résztvevők érdeklődésére is számot tarthat:
The Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research has launched a digital space for discussing and enriching the themes related to the adoption of a Digital Agenda for Italy.
The platform, named Ideario per l'Agenda Digitale Italiana and available at adi.ideascale.com, will host an open discussion for citizens, organizations and stakeholders to propose, vote and comment ideas.
The platform intends to supplement traditional consultation methods, and aims to spur a debate around issues close to citizens' experience and needs.
The aggregate of ideas and comments posted within the first two weeks will be summarized in a report  which will be publicly shared and delivered to Digital Agenda for Italy’s institutional working groups for their evaluation.
As the first step of a wider strategy for inclusion and e-partecipation of the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research, the “Ideario” will remain open after the conclusion of Digital Agenda for Italy’s proceedings, feeding a constant discussion with the citizenship on matters of education and innovation."

A licencek egyfajta szabványosítása felé

Mai postánkból. Bastiaan van Loenen (Delfti Műegyetem) tette közzé GSDI L&SE szakbizottsági körlevelében a felhívást arra vonatkozóan, világszerte milyen licencmodelleket alkalmaznak téradatok és térinformációk szolgáltatásában annak érdekében, hogy a licencek vonatkozásában előre lehessen lépni a harmonizáció útján. Hazai hozzájárulást a HUNAGI LAPSI csapaton belül egyeztetjük.

"Dear all,

The GSDI Legal and Socio-Economic Working Group aims at developing a framework of several types of licences that could be used globally and will increase transparency of the conditions for obtaining and using geographic data. The intention of the framework is to avoid creating new licensing conditions if this is not necessary. Moreover, the framework should accommodate possible differences between organizations, cultures, and financing models.

We are seeking the help of the GSDI community to bring the framework to the next level. To accommodate input from the GSDI community we created a survey on Googledocs. The questions are directed towards the next step in developing a harmonised licensing framework for geographic data.  It is recommended to read first the paper "Quest for a Global Standard for Geo‐data Licenses" before filling out the questionnaire.

Please click here to access the survey page. The survey consists of 6 questions. It should take you less than 10 minutes to answer them.

The result of the survey will be presented and further discussed at the GSDI13 conference in Quebec City in the workshop "Towards the Global Harmonization of Licenses for Geographic Data" (May 14th: 8:30-10:00 am) (see:) .

Enjoy the survey and looking forward to seeing you in Quebec!

Bastiaan van Loenen (chair GSDI Legal and socio-economic committee)
Katleen Janssen (vice-chair GSDI Legal and socio-economic committee)
Frederika Welle Donker

LAPSI zárótalálkozó a Torinói Egyetemen

A 4. LAPSI belső konferenciára és záró találkozóra a Torinói Egyetem rektorátusán kerül sor július 9-10-én. A kétnapos találkozót az EVPSI zárótalálkozójával együttesen rendezik.
Részletek és a program itt olvasható.

About the LAPSI project

LAPSI is a project in the FP7 program of the European Union.
Legal Aspects of the Public Sector Information and Re-use.
Timespan: 30 months. Participants: 20 institutions and organistions. Coordinator: University of Torino.
Kick-off Meeting: Torino, 26-28 March, 2010

Role of HUNAGI in the LAPSI Project

HUNAGI contribution is related mainly to the Geographic Information which are produced, maintained and used in land management, including surveying, mapping, cadastre and land registration, remote sensing and serviced by relevant spatial data infrastructures. From a national economic point of view, the uniform land registration system operating in Hungary is one of the most important databases of the country. This system allows to obtain over the time updated legal and geometric data, as well as other information (e.g. on ownership, land uses, mortgages, etc.). The cadastral maps integrated into the uniform land registration system show spatial relations and references of rights, facts and other information appearing on the property sheets, serving as a basis of engineering planning for the national economy. The national spatial data infrastructure can be built on this uniform, authorized and public land registration system, in small partial modules, following the EU INSPIRE Directive. HUNAGI will participate to all Working Groups and actively take part to Working Groups 01, 03 and 04. It also makes its facilities available to host one of the thematic network seminars or conferences.
