Szeptember 22 -én lezárult a LAPSI projekt

Utolsó két akcióként HUNAGI a disszeminációs szerepkörének megfelelően előadást tartott a Digitális Föld Csúcstalálkozón Wellingtonban szeptember 3-án, melyen 20 örszág 200 résztvevője volt jelen. Az első szerző a LAPSI projekt menedzsere, társszerző a nyíltforrású World Wind program menedzsere voltak. Szeptember 20-án a projekt a comoi WW Europa Challenge Nyári Iskolán tartott HUNAGI előadásban is ismertetésre került. Itt az Európai Gazdasági Tér országainak érdeklődő egyetemistái vettek részt, Magyarországról 5 fő 4 egyetemről (ELTE, Szent István Egyetem, Pécsi Tudományegyetem és Veszprémi Egyetem), de volt ösztündíjas Új Zélandból és Egyiptomból is. Az előadók főleg a NASA szakemberei és főleg a Graphitech, Münsteri Egyetem és az UCL  tanárai voltak. Mindkét kiküldetés költségeihez a LAPSI projekt is hozzájárult.

Berlin 10 Open Access Conference
Theme: "Networked scholarship in a networked world: participation in Open Access"
7-8 November 2012
Stellenbosch, South Africa

Stellenbosch University, in partnership with the Max Planck Society and other hosts, has the distinct pleasure of inviting policy and ‘funding’ communities, scientists and researchers and librarians to the Berlin 10 Open Access Conference.

The Berlin 10 Open Access Conference will be held at the Wallenberg Research Centre, Stellenbosch Institute for Advanced Study (STIAS) from 7-8 November 2012.  Pre-conference workshops will be held on 6 November. 
Given that the Conference will be held in Africa, the sub-themes to be explored are concomitant with the development and transformative agenda of Open Access. The sub-themes are:
    - Transformation through Open Access
    - Open Access and other forms of openness
    - Benefits of Open Access for scholarship and wider society
    - Open Access and improving assessment of research and scholarly publishing
    - Networked scholarship

Abstracts of no more than 250 words in length are invited for review by the Advisory Committee. Submissions must be received no later than 31 August 2012.

A CC  egy sor országban bevállt licencmodel lett. A torinói LAPSI zárókonferencia egyik eredménye éppen ennek igazolása volt. Ezért is érdemes a Creative Commons legújabban fejlesztett változatának behatóbb megismerése, alkalmazásának megfontolása.

Az EU ICT PSP program keretében végrehajtott LAPSI  projekt zárótalálkozójába betekintést nyerhetnek az érdeklődők az Interneten. Az erre vonatkozó tájékoztatást Dr. Cristiana Sappa projektmenedzser küldte meg:
