Elfogadták a LAPSI előadást a GSDI-12 világkonferenciára
A GSDI -12 programbizottság ma értesítette Katleen Janssent (K.U.Leuven) első szerzőt és társszerzőit (Roger Longhorn és HUNAGI), hogy elfogadták beküldött LAPSI előadásjavaslatát és az helyett kapott a konferencia szekciójában október 20-án. Az EU most induló LAPSI prokjektjéről a bővebben a www.lapsi-project.eu oldalon lehet tájékozódni. További örömteli HUNAGI vonatkozás, hogy a projekt legfontosabb (alkotmányjogi, személyiségi jogi és környezeti) munkacsoportja vezetésére a HUNAGI LAPSI Csapat tagját, dr. Kovács A. Tamást választották.

A találkozónak két napirendje lesz:
1) az EKK megbízásából a Neuman-Ház és a KAT Ügyvédi Iroda által elkészített "PSI hazai implementáció értékelése és javaslattétel" tárgyú anyag jogi részprojektje eredményének ismertetése lesz a szerző, dr. Kovács A. Tamás előadásában.
2) a LAPSI projektszerződés és projekt SZMSZ figyelembevételével kialakítandó LAPSI Csapat működési rendjének megbeszélése lesz. A legutóbbi, 3. találkozón a LAPSI (Network on Legal Aspects of PSI) Csapat tagjai dr.Kovács A Tamás beszámolóját a torinói LAPSI projekt nyitótalálkozóról és kísérő rendezvényéről. A jelenlévők (EKK, KAT Ügyvédi Iroda, Neumann-Ház NPKft, MATISZ, HUNAGI) egyetértettek azzal, hogy dr.Kovács A. Tamás úr legyen a HUNAGI LAPSI Csapat helyettes vezetője. A LAPSI projekt olasz koordinátora erről ezt követően hivatalos tájékoztatást kapott.
A HUNAGI LAPSI hírblogjában megtalálható minden olyan elérhetőség, amely segíti a projekttel kapcsolatos tájékozódást és az alapdokumentumok betekinthetőségét.
A jelenlévők újólag megerősítették a február 18-án a LAPSI feladatcsoportok munkájához való magyar oldali hozzájárulásokban vállalt közreműködésüket. Vállalások összefoglalója a LAPSI Csapat blogjának február 18-i bejegyzésében olvasható.

You are kindly invited to submit a paper to the EUROMED2010 joint
conference which will provide an opportunity to exchange research
results, opinions, experiences and proposals on the best practice and
hi-tech tools from Information and Communications Technology to
document, archive, preserve, manage and communicate Cultural Heritage (CH).
The main goal of the event is not only to illustrate the programs underway
but also excellent work wherever it is located and however it is
supported, in order to promote a common approach to the tasks of e-
documentation of World Cultural Heritage. Furthermore, regional
capacities in the area of Cultural Heritage and IT will be facilitated
in advancing their know-how through the exchange of information and
generation of new ideas and cooperation's, where the world meets the
finger prints of several ancient civilizations on earth.
To reach this ambitious goal the topics covered will include
experiences in the use of innovative recording technologies & methods
and how to take best advantage to integrate the results obtained to
build up new tools and/or experiences as well as improved
methodologies for documenting, managing and communicating CH.
The EuroMed2010 joint event will focus on interdisciplinary and multi-
disciplinary research concerning both cutting edge Cultural Heritage
Informatics and use of technology for the representation,
documentation, preservation, archiving and communication of CH
knowledge. The scope includes standards, metadata and every phase of CH
information technology: initial data capture/digitization, information/data
processing, reconstruction, visualization and documentation as well as
dissemination of results to the scientific and cultural heritage
communities and to the general public (Multilingua, Multimedia Digital
Library). We are also interested in aspects of the wider legal,
IPR and ethical responsibilities of Cultural Heritage Informatics. Research
subjects parallel the interests of CIPA, ISPRS and EuroMed

LAPSI-val kapcsolatos találkozók 2010-ben
| Postánkból. Cristiana Sappa írja a LAPSI projekt-koordinációtól: "Dear LAPSI members, This e-mail is to inform you about three next LAPSI related meetings. I. Julian Valero was supposed to represent LAPSI at ePSIplatform-APORTA meeting in Madrid on June 8th. Spanish Unions announced a big strike for that day, so the meeting organizers preferred to postpone the seminar on June 9th. Unfortunately, Julian Valero is not able to attend the meeting because of previous engagements for the 9th that cannot be moved. Should there not be any other volunteer, I will represent both EVPSI and LAPSI. II. From October 28th to the 31st there will be a social forum in Barcellona focused on economic aspects of artists activity. The organizer would like to have a panel on (Cultural) PSI and Open data on the 28th afternoon. We think it would be a good idea to take part as EVPSI/LAPSI: this could be: a) a dissemination activity, b)a chance to organize WG meetings (on the 29th) c)a chance to work on policy reccomendations (on the 31st all the social forum participants gather to draft a common policy recommendation. And to d) attend the social forum panels on the 30th. We are also seriously considering to use the 28th afternoon as the Thematic Seminar on PSI and Cultural content. If so, the seminar on IP and Competition scheduled on January 2011 could be split in two. Feel free to provide you some feedback about this. III. I updated the LAPSI meetings schedule on our wiki page and indicated that the seminar/primer/internal conference of October 2011 will be held in Turin on the 20th and 21st. Tájékoztatás a LAPSI projektről a földmegfigyelési közössége számára
A GSDI szervezet nevében tartott tegnapi előadásban a LAPSI projektről is ismertetést adott a HUNAGI képviselője. Az előadáshoz hozzászolt a CEOS WGISS vezetője de érdeklődését fejezte ki a LAPSI iránt az OGC európai igazgatója is. Az előadás az ENSZ bonni SPIDER irodáján hangzott el a CEOS WGISS (wgiss.ceos.org) meghívása alapján.

A jelenlévők (EKK, KAT Ügyvédi Iroda, Neumann-Ház NPKft, MATISZ, HUNAGI) egyetértettek azzal a javaslatommal, hogy dr.Kovács A Tamás úr legyen a HUNAGI LAPSI Csapat helyettes vezetője. Kérem, hogy ezzel kapcsolaban a távol lévő csapattagok (FVM FTF, FÖMI) is adják egyetértésüket vagy észrevételeiket.
A HUNAGI LAPSI hírblogjában megtalálható minden olyan elérhetőség, amely segíti a projekttel kapcsolatos tájékozódást és az alapdokumentumok betekinthetőségét.
A jelenlévők újólag megerősítették a február 18-án a LAPSI feladatcsoportok munkájához való magyar oldali hozzájárulásokban vállalt közreműködésüket. Vállalások összefoglalója a LAPSI Csapat blogjának február 18-i bejegyzésében olvasható.

ide térségi levelezőként módom van beküldeni/továbbítan rövid híranyagokat eseményekről, eredményekről (eddig három alkalommal írtam), linkkel hivatkozva nyilvánosan és angol nyelven hozzáférhető hazai események honlapjára, szakanyagi összefoglalókra, rendezvénykötetre vagy egyéb dokumentumra.
A soron következő találkozónak két napirendje lesz:
1) az EKK megbízásából a Neuman-Ház és a KAT Ügyvédi Iroda által elkészített "PSI hazai implementáció értékelése és javaslattétel" tárgyú anyag jogi részprojektje eredményének ismertetése lesz a szerző, dr. Kovács A. Tamás előadásában.
2) a LAPSI projektszerződés és projekt SZMSZ figyelembevételével kialakítandó LAPSI Csapat működési rendjének megbeszélése lesz. A megvitatandó kérdések rövid jegyzékét még pontosítjuk, ehhez bárki adhat javaslatot. A találkozó redményétől azt várjuk, hogy elkészülhet a HUNAGI által szerződésben vállalt feladatok végrehajtását biztosító lényegre törő Megállapodás-tervezet, melynek megszövegezését Tamás vállalta. A szükséges háttéranyagokat minden résztvevő legutóbb április 28-án megkapta.
A soron következő találkozó időpontjául alapértelmezésben 2010 május 28 (péntek) 9 órát választottuk, helyszíne Pesti Zoltán úr ajánlatára a Millenáris Parkban a Neumann- Ház NPKft lesz (projektor, laptop lesz). A helyszín (utcacím, emelet, terem) még pontosítva lesz.

más időpontot javasol (itt csak május 27 délután jöhet szóba, Tamás rákövetkező heti távolléte miatt, amire tegnap délután derült fény). Az erre a pótidőpontra vonatkozó helyszínt illetően itt még Pesti Zoltán kollégától visszajelzést kérnék.
A projektet érintő minden fontos közbenső esemény, rákerül a LAPSI Csapat blogjára, szükség esetén körlevél is megy a Csapattagoknak.
