The NSGIC Data Sharing Work Group published Guidelines on accessing and sharing geospatial data. The Guidelines include a discussion of the 'Myths' associated with the distribution of geospatial data and they help set the tone for NSGIC's involvement in any future activities related to data sharing. The Work Group plans to assemble a library of reference documents on this site to assist anyone interested in the sharing of geospatial data.
